I have lived and practiced in Passaic County ever since. I enjoy my family, friends and attending sporting events. I am a die hard baseball fan and enjoy going to NYC to see Broadway shows. I have been very active in community and religious affiliations for decades as well as my children's schools. My professional memberships include the American Bar Association (1984-present), New Jersey Bar Association (1984-present), Passaic County Bar Association (1984-present). Doesn't honor commitment
Mr. Chapman was willing to redo our wills, living wills, and power of attorney under a firm which he is a member. After learning that our will was not a standard basic will, he refused to honor his commitment to Hyatt Legal and myself by refusing to do the work for us. I guess if the will is easy h...
Dear Bob, I am sorry that you feel this way. Even with over 30 years experience, I am not comfortable preparing estate tax planning wills. I am not able to assist you as a result. Recently called Mr. Chapmans office to have our wills done. Spoke only with his secretary. She took all info and said she would e-mail all the necessary paperwork for us to complete. One week later we still had not received e-mail or follow up call. Very unprofessional. Have since gone to a diff...
