Biography
Paul Brickfield is a criminal defense attorney who has represented hundreds of clients in courts all across New Jersey. He is a former high-ranking First Assistant Bergen County Prosecutor and federal prosecutor- deputy chief of the Special Prosecutor's Division of the US Attorney's Ofice for the District of New Jersey and in those positions personally prosecuted a wide range of complex offenses. Mr. Brickfield has been a defense attorney for 30 years and has successfully represented individuals in a wide variety of criminal cases including obtaining acquittals at jury trials and outright dismissals of charges in other cases. He is a Certified Criminal Trial Attorney in New Jersey and a seasoned veteran in the field of criminal law.
