Biography
Paul Brickfield is a criminal defense attorney who has represented hundreds of clients in courts all across New Jersey. He is a former high-ranking First Assistant Bergen County Prosecutor and federal prosecutor- deputy chief of the Special Prosecutor's Division of the US Attorney's Ofice for the District of New Jersey and in those positions personally prosecuted a wide range of complex offenses. Mr. Brickfield has been a defense attorney for 30 years and has successfully represented individuals in a wide variety of criminal cases including obtaining acquittals at jury trials and outright dismissals of charges in other cases. He is a Certified Criminal Trial Attorney in New Jersey and a seasoned veteran in the field of criminal law.

Worker's compensation injury.

Knowledgeable, pricey and dishonest
Paul was a lot of money. I just did 33 months because I hired Paul, trusted Paul, believed him that he had an agreement in place for me to have concurrent sentences when he didn't. Instead of the 12 month expected sentence, I was slammed. The prosecutor said in court she wanted consecutive sentences....

Best lawyer you can spend your money on
The law was changed after Paul found a nitch for a dui and saved me over 3000 dollars, 4 months saved of loss of license, classes, and to top it off breathing into my car to start it... Paul is the man..
