Very Expensive Mistake!
This was a costly mistake. My own personal opinion is that you should do some SERIOUS research, and due diligence before retaining Ralph Ferro Jr.'s services. Replied last November 08, 2015As being 1 of 8 Board Certified Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys in the entire State of New Jersey, I pride myself on my integrity and extensive bankruptcy law experience. Not every client accepts the reality of their situation. I removed myself as legal counsel from this case and suggested she find another attorney. Bankruptcy cases are public knowledge and anyone can access case event and details: In Re Bridgette M. Gavioli f/k/a Bridgette Almstead - Case No. 14-34444-KCF - This is available to the public with all documents included on the Government website of www.pacer.gov. I stand behind my decisions and recommendations as well as my approved Motion to the Court to be relieved as counsel in this matter. The reasons for my request to be relieved as counsel are detailed in Document #'s 55 and 61 on this case.
