Franklin Gregory Soto

I first met Frank at a closing where he was the seller's attorney and my husband and I were the buyers. It seemed like he handled his clients needs better than what the attorney we had hired did. The fact that my husband has a language barrier made me think that the next time we needed an attorney..., it would make sense to hire someone that spoke the same language as my husband even though I don't have a language problem. Which is exactly what we did. So in June of 2000, when my husband and I bought our first property, we hired him. The outcome was great with the negotiation process, the closing and of course the attorney fees. Everything was handled in a timely manner and has ever since. Even in minor issues or major concerns, Frank has been our legal advisor. Economically, my husband and I have grown.
