We hired Attorney Brian Klein from the Law Offices of RoseMarie Arnold's firm in Fort Lee, NJ, to represent us in a "slip and fall" case. My husband Richard Grassani, was injured when the outside stairs broke as he was just walking normally down them. Our landlord knew for a long time that the outsi...de stairs were falling apart but kept postponing fixing them. With that said my husband was thrown to the ground as the step fell off with him on it. When my wife was pregnant, she and I got hit by the teenager's car. My car was totaled. My shoulder labrum was torn and had to have a surgery to repair.
