My first contact with Mr. Chester was as the insurance company's defense attorney against litigation started by a disgruntled property buyer. The seemingly simple defense quickly escalated into a convoluted legal nightmare when the insurance company turned against their policyholder (me) and institu...ted a claim for damages. Fortunately, Mr. Chester had previously planned to start his own practice and without him my exposure would have been tens of thousands of dollars. Although not entirely escaping the jaws of the insurance company, Mr. Chester limited my damage to a manageable amount. Rarely do you encounter an attorney with such expertise as well as the ability to explore a solution not clearly defined. He will offer the research and allow the client to make the decision.
