Gary Joel Chester

My first contact with Mr. Chester was as the insurance company's defense attorney against litigation started by a disgruntled property buyer. The seemingly simple defense quickly escalated into a convoluted legal nightmare when the insurance company turned against their policyholder (me) and institu...ted a claim for damages. Fortunately, Mr. Chester had previously planned to start his own practice and without him my exposure would have been tens of thousands of dollars. Although not entirely escaping the jaws of the insurance company, Mr. Chester limited my damage to a manageable amount. Rarely do you encounter an attorney with such expertise as well as the ability to explore a solution not clearly defined. He will offer the research and allow the client to make the decision. A truly experienced and capable individual. He has contacted me after hours and on weekends if necessary (an exceptional and valuable resource) swing he is going to earn his fee (which, by all other standards are most reasonable). You never have the feeling you are supporting his lifestyle as with all professionally licensed individuals. A pleasant personality, coupled with a fair and reasonable approach to your case is the reason he gets the highest marks in my book.
