Sandra Rizzo

Sandra Rizzo has been the most important person in my entire home purchase transaction. I know for a fact that had it not been for Sandra I would not own my home today. She was very patient, thorough, efficient and very detailed oriented in dealing with a first time home owner with a complicated purc...hase transaction like myself. Today, if Sandra is not representing me on a real estate transaction, then I don't do it; and if she is in my corner, then I go in full steam ahead, because I know when Sandra is in my corner, I'm protected and she's has my back!

I really don't know where to begin but let me start off my saying Sandra was an absolute godsend to us. We were blessed to have her and I emphasize BLESSED. I needed to sell my home because I was moving out of state. My son-in-law led me to Sandra. This is the best move we could've ever made througho...ut this entire process. We found Sandra to be very warm and patient, extremely knowledgeable, informative and absolutely thorough. I received many offers for my house, but Sandra made sure that I accepted only the best offer. She works with a "client first" mentality. If you hire her, I strongly suggest that you let her do her job. She knows what she's doing and she's an expert at what she does. There is no way we could've sifted through all the legal jargon of all the offers, deal with NJ DEP, various other Jersey City codes, etc., without her guiding us. Whenever we had questions she was always available for us. She explained, in detail, all of the final closing terms for a smooth close on my house. If you're selling a property in Jersey City, I would HIGHLY recommend Sandra Rizzo.

We used Sandra for both the sale and purchase transactions. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we highly recommend her. My wife and I are not well experienced in real estate transactions (this was the 1st time we sold and 2nd time we bought). We met a few other lawyers before deciding on Sandra and one of the key deciding factors was that we didn't want the other party of the transaction to have Sandra representing them against us :) Real estate is never easy - at one point, we were considering purchasing a short sale and again Sandra provided great guidance through that process as well. She understands the local real estate market well and we she was more than happy to provide us much needed insight when key decision points in the transactions arose. Her expertise in negotiating was often on display, particularly in her responses to inspection / closing credits (on both sale and buy). Her carefully crafted responses and strong efforts saved us quite a bit of money. Finally, we also wanted to know that Sandra was very up front with her fees and we were charged as agreed. Overall, we found Sandra very easy to work with and very responsive. We would highly recommend her and most definitely use her again in the future. As a related note, we also use Marge Crimmons as a realtor on both transactions. They make an excellent team - great balance and excellent advice.
