I really don't know where to begin but let me start off my saying Sandra was an absolute godsend to us. We were blessed to have her and I emphasize BLESSED. I needed to sell my home because I was moving out of state. My son-in-law led me to Sandra. This is the best move we could've ever made througho...ut this entire process. We found Sandra to be very warm and patient, extremely knowledgeable, informative and absolutely thorough. I received many offers for my house, but Sandra made sure that I accepted only the best offer. She works with a "client first" mentality. If you hire her, I strongly suggest that you let her do her job. She knows what she's doing and she's an expert at what she does. There is no way we could've sifted through all the legal jargon of all the offers, deal with NJ DEP, various other Jersey City codes, etc., without her guiding us. Whenever we had questions she was always available for us. She explained, in detail, all of the final closing terms for a smooth close on my house.
