Skillfully representing individuals and families at a price they can afford. Helping immigrants achieve their American dreams is not our profession; It’s our passion. Because of abuses in the legal immigration industry, we won’t take your case unless we know that you qualify for the status you are seeking under present U.S. immigration law.
We are uniquely equipped and experienced in real estate matters, negotiating contracts and conducting closings throughout the state at really great rates. Whatever your real estate need, we provide the greatest value for your legal dollar.
We have extensive experience representing traffic & DUI/DWI clients throughout NJ with amazing results. We specialize in eliminating/lowering points & surcharges and helping ordinary people both save money avoid jail time at the best rates.
We work hard and fight even harder to protected your rights and your freedom. The most important aspect of hiring us to represent you in a criminal case is the knowledge that we actually care. Our customers aren’t just sources of revenue - they are fathers, mothers, sons and daughters – people with value to their loved ones and to us. When facing criminal charges having an honest and passionate attorney makes all the difference in the world.

Mario is a committed advocate who demonstrates both skill and passion in the cases he undertakes. I have seen few people in my lifetime that have so zealously and skillfully taken up a cause on behalf of an innocent party unjustly accused. He has my highest respect and recommendation, as he would be an invaluable asset to anyone that would employ his services.
