Vyzas twice for our real estate closing in NJ, both times his service was outstanding, second deal might have fallen appart due to the other party (buyers) not responding as well as our real estate agent hitting a couple of bumps, however, Vincas Vyzas was able to push i...t forward for the desired sale to take place eventually. Excellent Client Service

Extremely Satisfied Client!

I initially contacted Mr. Vyzas regarding a property tax matter and this was the best move I ever made regarding this issue. He quickly pinpointed the crux of my problem and proposed an immediate workable solution, thus putting my mind at ease instantly. Mr. Vyzas is more than merely knowledgeable.... He has the ability to easily synthesize various strands of information in order to provide the legal assistance required. The Vyzas law office is an exceptional organization with integrity and a reliably thorough approach to problem-solving. I was also quite impressed by Mr. Vyzas’ kindness and patience in dealing with his clients. This made me lose any apprehension I had about seeking legal assistance from a lawyer. I used Vyzas and Assoc. for both of my closings; the sale of my past property and the purchase of my current property and it was flawless, needless to say during a pandemic, as I have written in a previous review. Today I am writing another review based on my 2nd experience using Vince and Alicia fo...r the writing of my will, etc. We all know our need to create a will, power of attorney, and appoint a health proxy. But we put it off because it is not any fun and frankly can be a bit depressing. Vince and Alicia made this experience much easier and even more pleasant for me. They did not rush the process and carefully explained all of the decisions I needed to make until I was completely satisfied. Vince and Alicia not only took a genuine interest in me and my needs, but they also made me aware of the extras that I needed to protect myself and they went above and beyond to ensure my understanding of everything. They were helpful in every possible detail and were always well prepared, professional, and exhibited a genuine care of meeting my needs. They truly exceeded all of my expectations and I highly recommend Vyzas and Assoc., and I will definitely use them again if any other legal needs arise.

Manhattan Club - Timeshare

Vince and Tricia were great to work with. My father in law had been trying to get out of his timeshare in New York for years, and we had no leads or couldn't make any progress. After one meeting with Vince and his team and minimal emails back and forth. Vince and Tricia went to work and kept us in... the loop on updates, within a few short months everything came together seamlessly. We would highly recommend their work.
