Saving the day in a real estate deal

I was involved in a commercial real estate deal that was unwinding and I needed an attorney to represent me at closing. As the closing approached it became clear that the terms were not as expected and I would be taking a loss on the transaction. Mr. Vyzas found an innovative approach and negotiated ...aggressively on my behalf to reach a resolution where I came out profitably. I am certain that without his help I would not have had as favorable an outcome. Everything was handled courteously, professionally, and in a timely manner. I was kept informed and consulted with for every step. I would highly recommend using Vyzas and Associates for any real estate related matters.

Really great to work with Alicia. She reviewed several different kinds documents for me - trusts, operating agreements and related docs. She so clearly translated what I found hard to understand and was very patient and prompt with any questions I had. Timeshare

My fiancé and I contacted Vyzas & Associates for legal guidance on rescinding our vacation plan contract. With their help we were able to successfully cancel the agreement. Vince and Tricia were very professional! We’d definitely return for any future legal services.
