Excellent real estate legal service

Based on a recommendation from a friend, we contracted with Vyzas and Associates to handle a residential real estate purchase/closing. We worked directly with Vincas on the project. I found him to be very knowledgeable on the specifics of New Jersey laws/regulations for real estate deals. Moreover, h...e was skilled and helpful in the nuance of negotiation and communication with the seller's broker and lawyer. And his responsiveness was off the charts good. He was helpful in arranging title insurance and engineering inspection service for us. And those services, along with Vincas' fees, seemed very fairly priced. The deal proved a little more complex than what we might have originally thought, but Vincas and his support team helped us every step along the way and guided this deal to a happy conclusion.

Extremely Satisfied

Finding Mr. Vyzas was a godsent! We had a matter that we didn't know what else to do and was loosing all hope until we found him. He is very competent, professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend using his services.

Very helpful!

I have reached out to Vince twice on legal questions and both times he has been incredibly gracious and helpful. I really appreciate that he took the time to help me with the situations and did not try to rush me off the phone. I will certainly reach out to him in the future if it is needed.

"Worth every penny"

I contacted him after I received positive feedback from word of mouth. Unfortunately, a property of a loved one was in foreclosure and less than three months from being sold. He and his staff worked around the clock including nights and weekends and resolved the issue in less than 8 weeks. Alt...hough I can not guarantee that you will have success at the same rate, but imagine if he had more time and it were not a post pandemic era?!!! He and his staff are: professional, courteous, personal, approachable, knowledgeable, experienced ,efficient and effective. I have nothing but positive feedback for Vince and his staff. I highly recommend both him and his team.

Excellent attorney

Vince handled for us a real estate transaction that had several challenges. Not only was he very competent in handling all the legal issues, but he was also very effective in navigating/managing the politics of the many different parties involved in the deal.
