Jason was instrumental in helping us deal with a foreclosed condominium where we were purchasing the unit from a bank. We came to the firm not knowing anything about the closing process, who to talk to about a mortgage or the title; in fact the entire transaction was pretty much a mystery. They pointed us in the right direction for a mortgage lender and helped us navigate that confusing process as well. He and his team did way more for us than our real estate agent, and they even helped us negotiate through the inspection and the attorney review process. I can honestly say that without him and his team, my wife and I would've never been able to buy our first home. A week after the closing he even called us to make sure everything was OK with the home and that we were happy.
