Outstanding Attorney!

Andrew represented me in a premises liability case. This was a case that almost didn't seem possible to win. The insurance Co. Was offering $0 the entire way through the trial, Andrew was working day and night to give me the best defence possible and HE DID. After a long and hard battle the jury awar...ded me $435,000. It was incredible, I am 100% sure that this outcome would not have been possible without Andrew as my attorney. Great job Andrew and thanks for helping change my life.

Like dealing with a friend

I came to Andrew Chambarry for a misdemeanor complaint filed by a well known neighbor with a grudge who took advantage of a loophole during Hoboken's St. Patrick's Day festivities to get me a "disorderly house" violation for merely playing music on a Saturday at 5:45 PM (During this time, the upstair...s neighbors at our apartment complex were having a VERY loud party and the complaining neighbor claimed to police that my apartment was part of it, when I had never even met those neighbors having the party. Once the officer showed up, he knocked on my door and gave me a ticket for hearing my music, despite not seeing any signs that there was any sort of party going on at my apartment). While this was a minor case in the sphere of the legal system, and could be seen more as an annoyance than anything, I was very concerned with going to court for a "disorderly house" complaint. I have not been to court for anything other than a speeding ticket in about 10 years, so I was very concerned with the effects that a disorderly house complaint could have on my future and career. Mr. Chambarry always treated my case as if I was his most important client. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his work and always made it a point to keep me informed on my case every step of the way. In fact, I had so much faith in Mr. Chambarry's work, that it made me feel at complete ease about the case and the potential experience once we went to court. While the maximum fine for this type of Citation is $2000, Mr. Chambarry was able to present the facts to the prosecutor, who then downgraded my fine to a fraction of the $2000. He also made it a point to point out to the prosecutor, that while I was agreeing to pay the decreased fee, the case made against me was based on a biased neighbor, shoddy police work, and an unreasonable city ordinance. I felt as if my lawyer was not just doing his job to make money off me, but instead fighting for my rights on my behalf. It really felt great to know that my lawyer was on my side, versus the side of my wallet. I am proud to say Andrew Chambarry represented me and will be recommending him to friends and family moving forward.
