Alex Dean Mills

As an attorney I have been employed by the Northampton County Office of the Public Defender. I have handled a wide variety of cases ranging from low level crimes up to criminal homicide. I provide my clients with zealous advocacy and effective representation in order to achieve the best result.

Through my employment with the Northampton County Office of the Public Defender I have represented numerous juvenile clients in a wide variety of criminal cases. They have ranged from low level disorderly conduct and assaults all the way up to felony cases such as aggravated assault and possession with intent to deliver. I provide effective and competent advocacy in the unique field of juvenile criminal court.

I handle a vast amount of DUI/DWI cases through my Public Defender assignments. I provide clients with a keen eye for issues and holes in the prosecution's case which can provide a sound defense.
