I am a hardworking guy who likes solving problems. I take a "Sherlock Holmes-like" approach to resolving my clients' issues. Most times, my clients express sheer delight when my abilities simplify problems they thought would ruin them. My business background and education have equipped me with a mastery of negotiation and alternative dispute resolution. Doing this job has never been about ego for me--I will labor tirelessly until my client and I together have identified an appropriate goal and I have done all I can to attain it. My adversaries find my approach irresistible, and as long as my client follows my heartfelt, well-considered advice, I always accomplish what we set out to do.
The only clients I cannot help are those who refuse to give me their trust. So my first steps in representing anyone is finding a basis upon which that trusting relationship can be established. I can honestly say that no client has ever regretted trusting me. And none ever will.
