EXCELLENT BANKRUPTCY LAWYER! HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!

Susan was helpful, understanding, down to earth, accommodating, efficient, knowledgable and a very talented attorney. She explained everything clearly and guided me throughout the entire bankruptcy process. I am forever grateful for her help and for making this process as seamless as possible. I w...as a nervous wreck and extremely distraught over this; however, she showed me the light at the end of the tunnel. The hearing was quick and painless, and this whole situation wouldn't have been as successful without her! Hire her, you won't regret it! Eternally grateful! Thanks again!

Why Didn't I Do This Sooner?

For years I grappled with a deep, dark secret: debt. On the outside, I was a small business owner; upper middle class; well-educated. But, on the inside I was living as someone I wasn't. I was embarrassed; feeling helpless; losing sleep; sick-to-my-stomach all the time; and straining relation...ships. One day I decided to take the first step toward bankruptcy and researched area attorneys. Susan S. Long offered a free initial consultation. It seemed ideal, since I had no disposable income. Reluctantly, I made an appointment. I had never felt like more of a failure. However, as soon as I met Ms. Long my feelings about bankruptcy changed. I was able to view it as an opportunity and not a punishment. It was as if a big weight was lifted right there and then. Ms. Long could not have been more comforting, down-to-earth, informative, insightful, non-judgmental, professional, and understanding. From that day forward, I felt as if I was on the way to getting my life back. Ms. Long was there with me every step of the way. She gave me a timeline, so I could anticipate everything I needed to submit to her. She was only ever an e-mail away, and her response time was exceptional. She was also very sensitive to my emotional state during this process, which was reflected in my many questions. And, when it came time to go to court, Ms. Long was literally right there next to me. It is now 16 months since my bankruptcy hearing. I have been able to save money in the past year. I have had an unsecured credit card for eight months. And, I just got a new car on my own credit. Every day I am working toward a higher credit score. I feel as if anything is possible now, when just two short years ago, I felt as if there was no end in sight, and I just kept digging myself in deeper and deeper. I owe Ms. Long a debt of gratitude. (Pun intended.) My only regret is not doing this sooner.

Phenomenal attorney

I am so grateful for Susan's help with my bankruptcy proceedings. She is knowledgable, hard working, and honest. When I initially contacted her, I was newly married, pregnant, and had just been served with lawsuit paperwork on a debt from several years prior. I was terrified that the company mig...ht try to take my husband's assets. Susan was able to calm me down (not so easy when speaking to a highly emotional 7 month pregnant woman). She put together the necessary paperwork and provided me with detailed timelines for each step of the process. On another note - she is one of the most responsive people ever. She responds to emails extremely fast (we're talking within minutes most of the time). I once emailed her a question on a Saturday and wasn't expecting to hear back from her until Monday, but she responded back an hour or so later. And I should also note, that she has continued her exceptional service even after she no longer represented me. I recently emailed her asking for a referral to another attorney and she promptly replied with the information I requested. Susan is wonderful. Hire her. You won't regret it.

Excellent lawyer, Amazing person!

We were very nervous when we realized Bankruptcy was in our future. REALLY nervous. We really didn't know what to do or where to go. Luckily we found Susan. She is insanely accommodating. Everything was explained very clearly to us, she all but held our hands through the entire process. She...'s also super easy to talk to. She is very very kind and sensitive to the nature of her clients. Working with Susan, we never felt out of the loop or overwhelmed. She replies to emails faster than anyone I know personally or professionally. She answered any questions we had along the way and if we didn't understand, she would happily take the time to explain it until we did. You can trust Susan S. Long. She breaks the typical lawyer stereotype, while still remaining extremely knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend her to anyone going through bankruptcy. Thanks for all of the help, Susan. You are absolutely the best!

In Good Hands

I have run into some financial difficulties recently and I had a default judgment on my credit reports. I sought help from Susan and I am very pleased that I did! I was in good hands every step of the way! Susan is very knowledgeable and responsive. I had many questions before and during the proc...eedings. I was pleased with how Susan answered all questions promptly and thoroughly. She was more than willing to walk me through the process step-by-step. She worked wonders even with an opposing law firm that was quite difficult to work with. Trying to work with them was quite difficult for me, but she made negotiations seem easy. If ever in need of a good attorney, I wouldn't go anywhere else!
