Justine L. Abrams is an Associate in the Employment Law & Litigation Practice Group and Human Resources Training & Audit Programs of Genova Burns LLC.
Ms. Abrams clerked for the Honorable Joseph Paone, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex Vicinage and served as a legal intern for the Trial Division of the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. While with the Commission, Ms. Abrams became experienced in the area of federal employment law, including the investigation of discrimination claims and evaluation of personnel files. She also assisted trial attorneys to prepare for depositions and court proceedings.
Ms. Abrams received a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2014, where she served as Editor for the Seton Hall Circuit review and interned in the chambers of the Honorable Faith S. Hochberg, U.S.D.J. in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
