After decades of only imagining of one day becoming a permanent resident of this wonderful country, in which I only know as my home, Helen was the righteous person to help fulfill that dream. Coming to the USA as a child, undocumented, was more of an uphill battle... since day one. Growing up and being raised through the entire American school system was normal at first, until end of high school came about and becoming an adult and partaking of all the benefits (obtaining driving license, applying for college, obtaining a professional job/career) was out of the question. Although tough to face reality, one can only continue to pursue a dream as much as one is determined to, and so I did. I was able to achieve a college degree (by the favor and grace of God) and establish myself as a working individual in society but still not able to achieve proper career employment due to my status. As the years passed I continued to pursue my personal dream, and I met and married the love of my life and began a family. At this time is when we met Helen with high hopes that she may assist us with our situation. Although possibilities seemed slim, Helen made it a point to understand our situation and become more of a friend that cared for the rightful outcome, rather than just a person hired for their services. She guided us through the process with care and knowledgeable advice so that we may do everything properly and lawfully. The end results speaks for itself, we were able to achieve my U.S Residency and accomplish a lifetime goal that was only an imagination at first. My family is truly grateful to the determination, professionalism, encouragement, and moreover friendship of Helen Ramirez. Helen and her staff will be recommended by my family for decades to come.
