Great immigration legal advice

I contacted Diaspora Law based on the referral from Metlife Legal and spoke with Mr. Barbosa. I had very specific questions on my husband and (step)sons permanent residency applications, which were stuck and the National Visa Center for months. Thanks to Mr. Barbosa's advice, we were able to get docu...mentarily qualified, our case was expedited at the Embassy, and my husband and kids are now permanent residents! I highly recommend Mr. Barbosa and Diaspora Law's services.

Precise, Timely & Thorough

Oscar helped me with my mother in law's extension RFE. It was pretty detailed RFE with lots of asks so initially I was little worried as we didn't have much time. Oscar was able to quickly go through the RFE and came back with a plan, and needed documentation list. Oscar followed up multiple times on... the documentation and was guiding along the way. Any day would work with Oscar again!!

Very professional and kind

I am not going to lie, I was a little nervous to meet with an attorney since I thought they were all very serious and cold. To my surprise, Oscar was very kind and personable and most importantly he was knowledgeable about my immigration process. He seemed like he was very passionate about his job an...d he was very determined to help me. I will be recommending Oscar to anyone who needs immigration help.
