After going through the candidates, Hisham was head and shoulders above everyone else. His reliability and selflessness speaks volumes about his ...personality and work ethic. Unlike the other lawyers out there, he actually cares about your wellbeing. He doesn't limit his availability to 'work hours' and is always checking up to see how you are doing. If he had other clients, it was never an issue. Hisham was excellent at managing all of his cases and always found ways to respond to you in a timely manner. He was always glad to answer everytime I had an important question. His approachability is versatile as you can reach him through multiple forms of communication. The process of drafting the agreement was very smooth and he was diligent in following up with the seller's attorney throughout the negotiations. He was able to convince the seller to compensate me for repairs that needed to be made in the apartment. He was absolutely superb in getting the needed paperwork to the mortgage company and home association. We were able to close in over a month and the sale was completed without any issues. This purchase was clean and close to perfect. I am not sure where I would be if I had picked another attorney for this property. Hisham is everything you could ask for in a lawyer and is definitely a rising star in the state of New Jersey.
