I was selling a house and buying another house in a different town in NJ; Eric was excellent at representing me from start to finish. He was very patient and explained everything to me every step of the way. One of the things I like best about Eric is that he talks to you like a "regular" person and not with a lot of "legalise"; so that you understand everything that is happening.
