I hired Mr. Eric Schwab to help me sell my sister's condominium. He always returned my calls and gave me status updates as we moved through a very difficult transaction. He was able to explain the steps involved in the entire process, which was very helpful to me. I can't say enough about Eric's ...character. He is thoughtful and diligent and very experienced. It's like he has a crystal ball and anticipates various situations that may arise. I always felt that he had my back and was working in my best interest. I got into a car accident and the police mailed me 2 tickets. We called Eric at the referral of a friend and he got us in his Office right away , explained the whole Court procedure. He always kept in touch and advised us of his strategy. He personally called me the day before Court to confirm and r...e-assure me. On the morning of Court he arrived right on time and everybody there seemed to know him. He had a discussion with the Prosecutor and worked it out to a much much better result at hundreds less than I expected. In front of the Judge he spoke impressively and we were finished before everybody else even got started. Soooo glad I hired Mr. Schwab.
