I hired Mr. Eric Schwab to help me sell my sister's condominium. He always returned my calls and gave me status updates as we moved through a very difficult transaction. He was able to explain the steps involved in the entire process, which was very helpful to me. I can't say enough about Eric's ...character. He is thoughtful and diligent and very experienced. It's like he has a crystal ball and anticipates various situations that may arise. I always felt that he had my back and was working in my best interest. I was selling a house and buying another house in a different town in NJ; Eric was excellent at representing me from start to finish.
