I hired Mr. Eric Schwab to help me sell my sister's condominium. He always returned my calls and gave me status updates as we moved through a very difficult transaction. He was able to explain the steps involved in the entire process, which was very helpful to me. I can't say enough about Eric's ...character. He is thoughtful and diligent and very experienced. It's like he has a crystal ball and anticipates various situations that may arise. I always felt that he had my back and was working in my best interest. I will definitely hire Eric in the future, should I need legal counsel. I would definitely recommend him for your legal needs.

It's not everyday that I take the time to post a review let alone one with a five star rating. For Eric though I have to. About two years ago I came to him with a sensitive legal issue. Since then Eric has handled everything you need a lawyer for....You name it he did it. Estate transfer to close my ...husbands Moms house, the house closing, title searches etc. All along the way Eric was informative about every step and then some. I learned quite a lot. He never held anything back and he treated me like a partner. There will never be another lawyer for me or my family. Kudos Eric. I can never thank you enough.

My Wife (fiance at the time) and I used Eric Schwab for our real Estate closing when buying our first home in February of 2019. Eric took the time to walk through the entire "home buying: process with me and explain all of the in's and out;s of the legal process as well as the overall process. After... leaving his office for our first consultation I had an immediate sense of relief in what is typically a stressful process. Eric also worked great with my realtor as well as the sellers attorney/realtor. I would not have any hesitation in using him again!
