Biography
Attorney Marvin “Chip” Walden is a former 2-time Weehawken Municipal Councilman, and an active civil, criminal, and matrimonial case litigator for more than 30 years. He is focused on personal injury, family, and criminal law. He has had significant success in court and has achieved numerous verdicts on behalf of persons injured in automobile accidents, fall downs, and various other types of accidents. Mr. Walden is a court appointed mediator, as well as a court-appointed arbitrator for civil and family cases. He has successfully handled hundreds of cases involving the rights of married people and has been equally successful in negotiating agreements regarding custody, separations, and equitable distributions of property. Mr. Walden is admitted to practice in the state and U.S. district courts of New Jersey and New York.
