Top Notch

Don was very informative and upfront within our very first meeting. Always reassuring that he would be able to help, he sent frequent correspondence both by email and telephone call as to where we were in the case when it was needed most. With every phone call he would preface by saying “nothing is w...rong everything is fine”, and then proceeded to inform me of the updated status of the case What a professional - by his demeanor all the way down to the attorney letters and required forms he sent. He would not give in on certain issues and ultimately received the information that was so vital In this matter. This man knows the law and it was a huge relief having him in my corner.

Donald A. DiGioia, The Only Lawyer I'd Trust

I've retained Mr. DiGioia two times in the last decade to represent me on different legal matters that I was facing. Being an Executive in the business world it is important that my record and reputation be protected at all costs and Don did just that. Donald A. DiGioia is undoubtedly the best criminal defense attorney in New Jersey.

Most Determined Lawyer I Know

Donald got a complex expungement case cleared from my past. The courts were objecting to my case and DiGioia didn’t stop till he got what he said he would!
