This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
This means the attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.

I was charged under 2 separate indictments that could have put me away for life, a total of 4 first degree crimes. Mr. Russo represented me at two trials and I was acquitted on all of the most serious charges. Although I went to prison for a few years, I have things together now and have my life back. I'd still be rotting in jail if I didn't have the right lawyer. In my book, he's the best.

I was convicted of an armed robbery I did not commit mainly because my first lawyer was incompetent. I was facing 20 years in prison. Mr Russo got me a new trial and eventually an acquittal. I owe him more than I can say.
