You will never find a more HANDS ON, DILIGENT Lawyer as KNOWLEDGEABLE , WELL RESPECTED LAWYER anywhere but with Mr. DiGioia.

Mr. DiGioia is an exceptional lawyer. I used him back in the 90's when he was located in Westfield NJ and he handled his cases like he still does now, meaning - You get Mr. DiGioia representing you and not handing it off to a co-worker or somebody. You get his personal attention to every detail he p...uts into your case and it clearly shows that he just isn't a lawyer that does the some case work or just work, but he goes above and beyond what just any lawyer would do. He takes pride in the work he puts into representing you and his knowledge is incredible and it shows. He is a very well respected lawyer among other lawyers and the courts and I truly respect this man. This is more then just a job or work for him, it's a part of his life that he always continues to build upon with his wisdom and knowledge. He deserves to be a judge with his knowledge and respect, but that may actually slow Mr. DiGioia down too much. He simply is, the best of the best of lawyers and it shows and you will discover it to, if you take my word and use him for your needs. He's the best representation a citizen can get is how I feel about him since I have used him. All I can say is if you don't believe me in how I feel he is, go and see for yourself and just get a consultation with him. It can't hurt and you too may be impressed as much as I was with Mr. DiGioia and hire him and become a client. My family has been told to use him if ever needed, just as I have told my very good friends. I would want nothing but the best for people I know, and can not recommend a better person (lawyer) over other lawyers I know or used in the past. There is no comparison to Mr. DiGioia's work and expertise as a lawyer. Just found this review area today in 2016 and even though I used Mr. DiGioia in 1990's he is still the exceptional person and lawyer today as when I used him, but surely has more knowledgeability which more years of working and new laws and further education will bring since in the 1990's and he was amazing and knew just what he was going to do with my matter when I was a Client and have since recommended others throughout the years that have used him and they thanked me and said I was completely correct about the man and his hands on case work, manner in handling their case and how they were kept right up to date on everything he did for them and his handling of matters. They all said they never meet, or some say used some say used, a better lawyer then Mr. DiGioia. This was refreshing for me to hear, as I don't like to let friends or people down and it just re-evaluated my justification in suggesting or using this well respected lawyer. Mr. DiGioia, Just keep being the person and lawyer you are, and thank you for your representation sir. (For those reading this, I believe you can tell I was extremely and completely satisfied with the final outcome of my case, that Mr. DiGioia was able to obtain for me through his diligent work and representation)

With Much Appreciation for Donald Di Gioia, Esq.

While living openly in NJ, as a result of a miscommunication between an unnamed NJ lawyer and a detective in another state, I was unexpectedly incarcerated in NJ for being a fugitive from that other state, for extradition to that other state. Upon the ill advice of a second unnamed NJ lawyer to deny ...extradition, my incarceration lasted for more than a month. I then engaged Mr. Digioia upon the recommendation of a friend, and, after only one meeting with me in jail, Mr. Di Gioia resolved these matters very quickly and effectively and I was extradited to that other state in only a few days. In a pre-trial hearing before a judge in that other state, It was determined that there was no probable cause for my incartceration as a fugitive or for the charges of mis-use of corporate funds made against me by several members of the Board of my prior company and the charges were dismissed. My family and I would have been a lot happier had we engaged Mr. Di Gioia initially.

I OWE MY FREEDOM TO DONALD DiGIOIA

Donald DiGioia defended me, a Roman Catholic priest, on an indictment for a first degree crime, and various other offenses, and I was facing more than 20 years in prison. Mr. DiGioia believed in my innocence and he worked diligently on my behalf, challenging the state’s proofs at every turn, and inv...estigating the case thoroughly. As a result, I am a free man. I cannot say enough favorable things about Mr. DiGioia. He stood by my side throughout my entire case, made motions to obtain additional information, and he eventually got all of the serious charges which were filed against me dismissed. In my opinion, Mr. DiGioia is the best criminal defense lawyer in New Jersey, and I highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of an attorney.
