Attorney Donald A DiGioia is OUTSTANDING and has renewed my faith in lawyers!

Attorney Donald A. DiGioia represented me in connection with a very complex expungement of nine matters. His expert, compassionate, and superior handling of my case was refreshing and has renewed my faith in lawyers. Mr. DiGioia's calm and strategic management of my case put me at ease that he was we...ll equipped to address all aspects of my extremely unique expungements. DiGioia's research and follow-up are unparalleled with any experience I've ever had. Due to the nature and extent of my criminal history, which spanned three decades, the State objected to my expungement application. The Prosecutor submitted a brief to the court claiming that I was statutorily ineligible for an expungement. Mr. DiGioia then submitted an extensive brief, a Certification, and Exhibits on my behalf in opposition to the objection, refuting the State's position and arguing that I was entitled to the relief. Since my petition was contested, the judge set the matter down for a formal hearing, which seldom happens with expungements. At oral argument the Prosecutor urged the court to deny the relief sought, but as my advocate Mr. DiGioia eloquently successfully argued that the statute did not bar me from obtaining an expungement, and concluded by stating that the petition to expunge all nine of my matters should rightfully be granted. The judge agreed with Attorney DiGioia, rendered a decision in my favor, and expunged my entire criminal history. At a very trying time in my life, Attorney DiGioia was able to deliver one of the most important victories of my life and renew my hope and faith that if I persist with doing the right things; all will eventually be well. Not only did I receive outstanding support and skillful case management of my expungement by Mr. DiGioia, but also the most appreciated reinforcement and prayers of his entire law group, lovely wife and family! As an added bonus, DiGioia is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as both a Civil and Criminal Trial Attorney. These certifications are well earned and demonstrated! I give Mr. DiGioia my highest praise, recommendation and regards! YCC

Exceptional lawyer and a VERY decent man

Mr. Donald DiGioia is an exceptional lawyer and a high character man. As many of you know, lawyers typically do not have a good reputation for various reasons. Many can be arrogant and talk down to you. But not with Mr. DiGioia. He takes the time to listen, explain everything you should need to ...know and answer your questions during a time of need. You will be made comfortable because he is very experienced. You get Mr. DiGioia representing you as he won't hand it off to one of the junior associates unless it makes sense for you. He is always going to do what is best for you. He looks at all the details to come up with the most favorable outcome, always having your best interests in mind. I can go on and on with the laundry list of compliments but for the sake of brevity will keep it short. You are in excellent hands if you were to hire Mr. Donald DiGioia as he will do everything to make things right. He actually takes the time to listen to you. He answers your call and calls you back. Almost unheard of these days. If still unsure after reading this... call him as he will give you a free initial consultation where he can discuss your matter to help you make an informed decision. Trustworthy Lawyer

I am a former client of Donald DiGioia, Esq., whom I hired to handle a complex civil case. I cannot stress enough how terrific and professional Mr. DiGioia was throughout the entire ordeal. He worked extremely hard and was very precise with the details of the case. He always made himself available... answering questions that I or my family asked and informed me, from the beginning, everything the case entailed, not once leaving me out of the loop or with any unanswered questions. His entire staff and other attorneys in his practice were always friendly and made me feel comfortable any time I needed to be at the office.
