Heather C. Keith

Ms. Heather Keith is the founding member of Keith Family Law Group in Westfield, NJ. Since starting her legal career, she has devoted her practice almost exclusively to divorce and family law, successfully representing clients in the Superior and Appellate Courts as well as outside of Court.

Ms. Keith received her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she distinguished herself by being selected for membership of the Seton Hall Circuit Review and winning awards in appellate advocacy. Ms. Keith represented at-need clients, in Court and in mediation, through the Family Law Clinic at Seton Hall University’s Center for Social Justice. An accomplished musician, Ms. Keith founded Seton Hall University’s Arts Law Society and served two years as President.   

Ms. Keith is trained in mediation and conciliation skills and has completed training in Divorce Mediation through New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. She regularly mediates cases in the Superior Court’s Intermediate Special Civil Part Mediation/Settlement and Landlord-Tenant Settlement programs in Union County.

As part of her commitment to offering her clients alternatives to litigation, Ms. Keith is a collaboratively trained attorney. She is a member of the New Jersey Collaborative Law Group and the International Academy of Collaborative Law Practitioners.

Ms. Keith enjoys advocating for her clients, performing with her singing groups, and mentoring other young attorneys.
