We take your slanderous allegations very seriously and we too have the proofs that what you are stating is untrue. Our office cannot control USCIS processing times and our office provided honest estimates throughout our representation. We also explained why the attorney made a professional decision to apply in this manner and also clearly told you the consequences of leaving the U.S. before your case was resolved. Any decisions made by you after these advisals are out of our control. The “letter” you received one week ago only requested medical exams and answers to security questions to complete your process, potentially without an interview. At no time has there ever been a mention of fraud and further evidence has not been requested of you. Despite your feelings, we wish you the very best.

Terrible attention from the lawyers and secretaries, rude, even if you are paying. Be very careful with everything they tell you that is in the contract and specific, things change as the months go by. They start the process late, they are not even pending, they only care about the money, in my case ...
ALL PROCESSES APPROVED IN 15 MONTHS. We are sorry this has been your experience. Unfortunately, processes can change during the course of representation as a result of USCIS backlogs or changes in current law. Thankfully, all desired results were nonetheless achieved and APPROVED during normal processing times despite a pending balance. Our staff received extremely rude, borderline abusive treatment once this person was told that without an appointment, an assistant would have to complete a preset appointment before assisting them. Still, we wish you the best of luck in all your endeavors!
"I endorse Stephanie in the field of Immigration. Stephanie has vast experience & knowledge in this field and is specialized in the field of Immigration! I would refer immigration clients to her in a heartbeat."
