Es una pésima personas tanto Estefani como su esposo, me siento robada, engañada me cobraron mucho dinero confíe en esa gente y a ellos lo que les importa es sacarnos el dinero, primero hizo un ajuste cubano tuve mucho problema con mi esposo en repetidas ocasiones fui a que pararás el caso esa seña d...ijo que no se podía ok ese caso me negaron la residencia pero migracion me envió una carta donde me decía que podía reabrir el caso o aplicar para vawa. Y gran error mio le di mi caso una vez más a esa señora para hacer el proceso de vawa ya que yo calificaba a ese beneficio pero la señora me engaño y hizo ajuste cubano para cónyuge maltratados y paso y paso el tiempo y mentira y más mentiras cansada de tanta espera consulte a otros abogados porque mi caso estaba tan demorado y me dijeron que el caso que esta señora hizo es un cazo imposible ganarlo porque ha habido mucho fraude y exigen prueba as y más pruebas y despues de hacerle el reclamo renuncio al caso y con el argumento que yo no aplicaba para nada hace una semana migracion envió una carta para que envié pruebas y yo ya estoy en mi país. Y solo pido a Dios que gente como Estefani y Frank la vida les cobre lo mala clase que son, y espero no me contesten porque lo que he dicho tengo las pruebas. Y en eso si son expertos en no asumir su mal proceder.

They start the process late, they are not even pending, they only care about the money, in my case ...they had many errors which hurt me and I have to wait longer and pay more money, I would not recommend them. They treat you like they are ignorant. Since I already canceled the contract with them for asking a simple question, they tell me since I am not a client, I have no right to ask anything and (they say I did not ask for an appointment) I am not telling them that they are liars, I have already sent the balance in favor. There is an excuse for everything. very bad communication, treatment and so on, both from their secretaries and other personnel. appalling. And it wasn't the USCIS times, it was your delays from the beginning of the process... be careful, you are very liars, even with what you respond here to save your mistakes, you play with people's processes
