Ron helped us purchase our first home. We were moving from NYC to NJ and didn't have a lot of local knowledge around the area. Ron was recommended by our real estate agent and I'm immensely grateful he was! Ron was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process - rarely taking more than an h...our to respond to any inquiry. He made sure we considered / checked items what wouldn't have been on our radar otherwise. He also helped us through (what I assume are) a couple uncommon scenarios including an escrow account being provisioned for a repair minutes before closing.
