Ron handled both sides of our most recent transaction, selling our current home and buying our new home. This was not a simple transaction, especially on the purchase side and Ron was a steadying influence and provided extremely good guidance. He was constantly concerned about protecting us through...out all of the complicated nuances of our deal through the closing of both purchases. He was great at pushing the other side when we had leverage but was also able to flexible when we had to acquiesce on certain parts of both deals.
