Mr. Zoller's negotiation skills are outstanding; he competently guided us through the particularly challenging negotiation process of hashing out the details of the sales contract. He is knowledgeable and often pointed out items that we had not thought of. He made several amendments to the contracts with the goal of protecting our assets for which we are grateful. There was transparency in the process and we always knew that his communication with the other party clearly reflected our goals and wishes. His advice is sound and we trust him implicitly. On a personal note, we felt extremely supported as he made this stressful process manageable and for this we give him our highest recommendation; we would certainly utilize his services in the future.
