We truly could not have hired a better attorney for our first home purchase than Ron. He was always available - including late nights and early mornings - and went above and beyond to get any work that we needed turned around ASAP, again regardless of the time of day. He stuck up for us in a difficul...t closing process, had contacts at the right places to help us move things along even during extensive delays caused by COVID, was always an excellent resource when we needed an opinion or guidance, and moved mountains to allow us to close as early as possible. Ron is detail-oriented and puts his clients first. The home buying process would have been a lot longer and more painful without Ron. We cannot recommend him enough!!

My husband and I utilized legal services from Ron Zoller this year for both selling our old home and purchasing a new home. On first securing his services, he clearly described the process so we knew what to expect and made it very clear that he was always accessible by phone and email. I have to say... his office staff was extremely professional and always responsive to my calls. Ana always made sure our messages were returned in a prompt manner. Mr. Zoller's negotiation skills are outstanding; he competently guided us through the particularly challenging negotiation process of hashing out the details of the sales contract. He is knowledgeable and often pointed out items that we had not thought of. He made several amendments to the contracts with the goal of protecting our assets for which we are grateful. There was transparency in the process and we always knew that his communication with the other party clearly reflected our goals and wishes. His advice is sound and we trust him implicitly. On a personal note, we felt extremely supported as he made this stressful process manageable and for this we give him our highest recommendation; we would certainly utilize his services in the future.

Ron handled both sides of our most recent transaction, selling our current home and buying our new home. This was not a simple transaction, especially on the purchase side and Ron was a steadying influence and provided extremely good guidance. He was constantly concerned about protecting us through...out all of the complicated nuances of our deal through the closing of both purchases. He was great at pushing the other side when we had leverage but was also able to flexible when we had to acquiesce on certain parts of both deals. Ron was very skilled in all facets of our deal and provided great confidence throughout.
