I have known Judith McDermott for nine years now when she was just an attorney for the law firm. She was recommended to me by another attorney back in 2007 and I have been with her ever since. She was excellent, in performing her legal services for my First and Second Amendment to my First Divorce ...Agreement; completed by another attorney. A very difficult case that involved post divorce child visitation and child support issues. Judith resolved these issues for me by using her extensive knowledge of family law, attention to detail, and great negotiating skills. Also, I hired Judith again for my Second Divorce Agreement. Again, she performed the same excellent skills that I mentioned before in completing my Second Divorce Agreement. I only wish I had hired her for my Prenuptial Agreement. That was my mistake. If you are a devoted father to your children like me, where every other weekend with your children is not going to cut it for you, then Judith is the attorney you want. She is the best for me and will be for you if you find yourself in a difficult divorce situation. Judith has a very extensive knowledge in family law and is always ethical in performing her legal services. She is respectful, supportive, compassionate and will always be in your corner as you go thorough each step of the divorce process. That is what you want in your lawyer and Judith has that. Besides, her hard work and dedication shows that she eventually became the managing partner at Gomperts, Penza & McDermott. That didn't surprise me at all.

I hired Judi to represent me for my divorce. I could write a novel and it still wouldn't be enough to praise how dedicated and fair this attorney is. Judi and her entire team were outstanding in helping me through my prolonged multi year divorce. Going through a divorce could have been an absolute... nightmare for me as well as my children. The process was emotional and financially challenging for me but Judi as well as her team made sure to be there for me and made this difficult journey smoother.
