Connor v. Powell, 162 NJ 397 (2000)
The retrial resulted in a substantial award for Connor . Additionally, the City of Newark had to pay all her legal fees and costs, including the appeals.
Ibarri v, /vetrabim 302 NJ Super 578 (App Div 1997)
As a result of the reversal of the trial judge's improper ruling, my client was able to settle her personal injury claim for a substantial amount of money.
Humanik v. Beyer, 871 F2d 432 (3d Cir 1989)
The murder conviction was reversed. Retrial resulted in a conviction for manslaughter. My client has since been released, married, and is again a productive citizen.
