Two co-workers driving behind one another were rear-ended by an 18-wheeler and severely injured. I filed suit for both workers. The trial judge disqualified me from representing both. The Appellate ... Division reversed, permitted me to represent both co-workers, and ruled that the driver of the truck was solely liable for their injuries as a matter of law.
OUTCOME: The retrial resulted in a substantial award for Connor . Additionally, the City of Newark had to pay all her legal fees and costs, including the appeals.
My client Connor was falsely arrested and held in the Newak Jail for 23 hours. The trial judge threw the case out after we presented our evidence and the Appellate Division affirmed. The Supreme Cour ... t accepted our case and reversed both courts, sending the case back for a jury determination of money damages only, ruling that the cops were liable as a matter of law.

We appeal ... ed that ruling and the Appellate Division reversed the trial judge, finding that the mother could sue for any injury and was not limited by her daughter's choice of the verbal threshold.
OUTCOME: The murder conviction was reversed. Retrial resulted in a conviction for manslaughter. My client has since been released, married, and is again a productive citizen.
