Grateful does not even begin to describe it...

A co-worker of mine who went through a messy and complicated divorce recommended Diamond & Diamond to me. With all the money-hungry law firms out there, I was extremely concerned that I would wind up with a firm that did not have my best interest at heart. Thank God I did not have that negative exper...ience that unfortunately so many people face during one of the hardest times in their life. I wanted a law firm that would see me as an individual and personalize my case--since not every case is the same. Choosing Diamond & Diamond to represent me is one of the best decisions I have ever made. From the first Zoom call with Richard, he gave me his unyielding and undivided attention. I am not one to skimp on details, and he listened intently to everything I shared. From the get-go, my gut told me I was in the very best hands with him. I trust him and his decisions fully. Angela, the paralegal, is a saint. I lost track of the number of times I called her crying. Her kind voice every time she answers the phone always gives me comfort, even when she knows minutes after she sends me an email, I will be calling the office. Jonathan, Richard's son, who is also a lawyer at the firm is an absolute Godsend and so bright. He does not miss one detail! It boggles my mind sometimes. Jon remembers things that even I don’t even remember! I have full faith in him. The number of endless hours, time, and attention to detail that Jonathan and Richard have put into my case is truly remarkable, and their professionalism is unparalleled. I haven't worked as closely with Lynn (Richard’s partner), but she has represented me in a case management conference. She is incredibly intelligent, and I did not doubt for a second that she would fight for me. With all the emotions, turmoil and stress a divorce can bring, it is a HUGE relief to know that things behind the scenes are being taken care of, and that I have one fewer thing to worry about. Jon and Richard think outside the box. They always have a plan, and never leave me in the dark about anything. I can always reach them, and I have never felt like I was not a priority. I will be writing another review when this is all over and done with, but until then, I wanted to express my gratitude to all of you. Richard, Jon, Angela, and Lynn, you are all angels in my life. Thank you for not rushing me off the phone every time I call concerned or crying or needed something explained to me. Thank you for appreciating my quirky personality. Thank you for treating me as if I am your only client (when I am anything but) and thank you for always having my best interest at heart and fighting tirelessly for me. The amount of hard work and detail that goes into everything you do does not go unnoticed and to say it is appreciated is a giant understatement. Richard and Jonathan, as a young woman whose life has been turned upside down, to have you both protecting and fighting for me means the world to me. For all this and more, I say thank you. -A

Former Client

He represented me in a difficult civil union break up and was honest and up front with me at every step. He explained everything to me clearly and was very professional in his handling of the issues. There were times during the matter that I was emotionally a wreck and he was a calming voice and gave... me confidence. I liked and respected him and would recommend him highly.

Representation in Domestic Violence matter

My spouse filed a false domestic violence complaint against me in an attempt to get me thrown out of our house and for control of our children in a divorce. Fortunately, I met with Mr Diamond in advance, who helped prepare me and who represented my in court before Judge Minkowitz, who found that my s...pouses complaint for false and threw it out. Excellent representation.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I tried a complex case against Mr. Diamond in 2019. He is bright, aggressive, and experienced. He will keep you on your toes throughout the litigation and (appropriately) punish every misstep. As a practitioner, you do not want to see Mr. Diamond's name listed as opposing counsel. He has my respect and admiration."
