When no one else would help me

I was forced to file for bankruptcy, post divorce, as my ex spent like a drunken sailor during the four year separation. I got stuck with 34% of the debt., which I was not able to pay. I was a stay at home mom during the 25 yr marriage. He married his girlfriend who is l/2 his age (3l yrs old). He... then filed a motion to take me back to court to cancel my health insurance and practically delete my alimony . I could not hire a lawyer post divorce, because as soon as they heard I filed for bankruptcy, the conversation was over. I contacted Lynne, on a friend's referral. Lynne stepped in and agreed to represent me. My motion has not even been heard yet, but I have more confidence in her in one month than I did with my original lawyer during the four years it took to finally get divorced.

One of the best matrimonial attorneys I had; and she was a woman!

Lynne was the second lawyer I had after my divorce. As a father, I wish I had known about her during my divorce because I would have hired her. She helped me get joint custody. She was very knowledgeable in the law, was very trustworthy and had my ex-wife's "number". We terminated our arrangement... after about a year. With that being said, over the past 20 or so years, I heard good and bad about her. I was told she was a good father's rights attorney, but then I heard she went to the "dark side". I guess it was about the money, prestige and power.
