Gavin Ira Handwerker

An experienced and proven litigator, I have extensive state and federal experience in commercial and business litigation matters and have been published in the New Jersey Law Journal.  I have  dedicated my legal career to the belief that every client deserves quality legal counsel and a fair chance in the courtroom.  I am of counsel to the firm Bramnick Rodriguez Grabas Mangan and Arnold in Scotch Plains and the Beinhaker Law Firm in Millburn and have separated myself with the successful results I have already achieved for clients in a wide array of diverse and complex cases.  I handle important legal matters for individuals and businesses of all sizes and budgets and have worked very hard over the years to maintain my reputation as a fair and honest attorney that provides excellent legal care for every client I represent.

I represent  clients in both business transactions and state, federal and municipal court litigation.  I am also the public defender for Westfield and Scotch Plains. My transactional practice is extensive and my litigation practice includes such matters as counseling clients for claims involving ERISA violations, breach of contract, commercial leasing issues, consumer fraud, and trademark and copyright infringement.  I am admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania and have handled matters in other states in accordance with prevailing rules and guidelines.
