Jonathan R. Mehl

Over the last 12 years my family and I have used Jonathan Mehl's law firm for numerous real estate transactions, such as closings, evictions etc. I have tried other lawyers but none compare to the prompt and courteous service given by Mehl. His team stays on top of my files as if they owned the prope...rties themselves. I have recommended many people towards him and every last one was as satisfied as I was.

We were referred to Mr. Mehl by another NJ attorney whom we'd used for the closing of our Newark house, however this other attorney does not specialize in tenant/landlord issues. In a phone call (later repeated over e-mail), Mr. Mehl took some time to advise us as the best way to proceed. We would de...finitely hire him in the future should we need someone.

Jonathan was immensely helpful to us through the closing of our first home. We found him here on Avvo, called to find out if he was available to represent us, and in a day we had a meeting set up and were all ready to go! He took time to initially walk us through the home buying process, and answer...ed all of our questions no matter how stupid we thought they were. Between Jonathan and Kim (the Paralegal that works with him), we were very well taken care of and felt everything was handled quickly and professionally!

Jon Mehl was extremely helpful with the purchase of 3 properties. In past experiences I have had difficulties with attorneys dealing with 1 property but Jon took the stress out of it for me. He formed the LLC's, drafted operating agreements and they closed with no problems. His attention to detail... was greater than what I have seen from other real estate attorney's I have dealt with in the past. Most importantly he made me feel like his most important client.
