I was referred to Tom by the repair shop that fixed my car after my son was hit. I had a diminished value claim in the past for a different car (hit while parked) and worked through that one on my own. NJM refuses to pay diminished value claims without a knock down drag out fight. Tom took my case an...d worked through trying to settle without going to court. In the end he had to file a motion and we ended up in court on March 2015. Tom successfully negotiated an acceptable settlement for me which included a private session in the judges chambers with the attorney for NJM. In the end he beat them and I walked away a very satisfied customer.
