Biography
I am a business attorney with more than 3 decades of experience representing business owners, entrepreneurs, executives and professionals providing advice, guidance and legal work to help keep his clients on their road to success. I am the creator and host of The Accidental Entrepreneur, a podcast which can be found on Apple Podcasts, Google Play, Amazon Music, Spotify, Stitcher and iHeart Radio.
I have represented business owners, entrepreneurs and professionals in all aspects of their business or professional practice. For these clients, as well as other small business owners and high-net worth individuals, I provide legal services in the areas of trusts & estates, small business representation, and real estate. My small business practice includes company formations, asset protection structures and the preparing of related documents including corporate by-laws, operating agreements and buy-sell agreements, as well as representation in negotiation of contracts and settling disputes. With regard to real estate, I have extensive experience in the closing aspects of title, especially in the commercial marketplace.
