Adino Joseph Barbarito

I am an Associate in Frier Levitt’s Life Sciences Litigation practice group. My practice focuses on representing a variety of healthcare professionals in all aspects of litigation in both federal and state courts, and in arbitration. In particular, I represent pharmacies in connection with audit disputes and network termination issues.

Prior to joining the firm, I represented municipalities and boards of education throughout the State of New Jersey in various matters related to Public Law, including Labor & Employment and Education Law. I served as a law clerk to the Honorable Amy O’Connor, J.A.D. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division in Morristown, NJ after clerking for the Honorable Christine Vanek, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Civil Part, in Jersey City, NJ. I have interned for the Hon. Stuart Rabner, Chief of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and argued before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals when in law school.

I am a zealous advocate for my clients and have realized great success very quickly in my career, successfully petitioning for Certification to the Supreme Court of New Jersey while working for Scarinci Hollenbeck, and achieving reversals of terminations from multiple payors against my pharmacy clients since arriving at Frier Levitt. Additionally, I have co-written an amicus brief to the Supreme Court of the United States on behalf of certain providers.
