Biography
Sean M. Pena is dedicated to the zealous defense of those accused with various crimes. Mr. Pena represents clients from various backgrounds on charges including but not limited to homicide, sexual assault, drug offenses, robbery, aggravated assault, white collar crime, and driving while intoxicated. Mr. Pena's client lists includes public officials, law enforcement officers, fellow attorneys, entertainers, athletes, friends, and members of the community.
Mr. Pena spent two years interning at the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office while in law school. Mr. Pena also served as the law clerk for Honorable Ernest M. Caposela in Passaic County Superior Court. Although early in his private practice career, Mr. Pena has compiled extensive experience prevailing in cases involving assaults, weapons, and controlled dangerous substance offenses. Mr. Pena does not shy away from difficult matters, and will be a passionate advocate in the most complex of cases.
Mr. Pena is also an active alumnus of Bergen Catholic High School, the high school which he attended.

Worked hard resulting in a huge win
