The best in the business

I was fortunate enough find Mr. Sal Simeone. If you are reading this review I would consider you very fortunate as well. No need to look elsewhere if you have to hire an attorney. Sal is the best attorney I have ever dealt with. I've had dealings with other matrimonial attorneys and many others as as... a mall business owner and professional and I am still most impressed and grateful for his services. I am a tough critic and I am overly impressed with Sal. He is at the top of his field, no doubt. I've seen, heard and witnessed enough over the years to say that without a doubt. His knowledge and professionalism are unmatched. I've had years of experiences in/out of court and with each challenge came another WIN. That's what he does. He WINS. He prepares as though it is personal to him. He has an uncanny ability to follow all the details and uniqueness of each situation, many times I found myself amazed at the things he knew/remembered literally in the heat of battle (courtroom). Again, that comes from his preparation. He always made sure he was prepared! I've spent many late nights on the phone for hours reviewing and preparing with him. *Don't just take it from me though.* I tell this story all the time. We were about 5 hours into a hearing when the Judge interrupted to say ; "I just have to say, this is the most impressive legal arguments and representation I've seen my 25 year career as a judge" Yes that happened. And a couple of hours later, WE WON Again. Full, permanent restraining order of my ex-wife. ONE winning example. I really can't say enough about my experience with him. He was able to get me 100% custody of my 2 beautiful daughters when others told me it wouldn't happen. Through the years I still use much of his wisdom in my daily life and will be forever grateful. Look no further

At one of the worst times of my life i was Blessed enough to be referred to Sal Simeone. I was left a note on a Friday night that my husband of 27 yrs was leaving, I didn’t know what to do,I was in disbelief and shock and couldn’t think straight. My sister put a call into Mr Simeone on Saturday after...noon and he kindly agreed to meet with me on Sunday morning, yes Sunday. I was scared and vulnerable, he was professional, kind and so very compassionate. He listened thru my tears, giving me time to take as many breaks as i needed. He spent as much time as I wanted telling me, “today I am here just to inform you and protect you” and never charged me for that session. From that moment on he made me feel like i was his family, even giving me his private cell number so i could reach him day or night. He is very honest and has integrity. He told me from the start he had an associate who i could use to do some of the footwork to save money. He would oversee all work and at any point if i wanted he would take over completely, the decision was mine to make. He guided me every step of the way and, often stopped me from making poor decisions that he knew would impact the rest of my life. I was still thinking with my heart wanting to be liked and because of that was willing to compromise too much. My strong advocate Sal would listen and then respond, “I cant let you do that.” Sal used his experience and expertise in family law to be sure I was receiving a fair and equitable settlement and not being taken advantage of. He returned calls immediately, drafted strong worded responses and, was a force to be reckoned with in our mediation and courthouse sessions, always commanding the negotiations. Mine was not an easy divorce at all and I am thankful Sal knew the law the way he did and, was confident, assertive and never backed down. I must also stress his interpersonal and mediation skills. At one court mandated meeting my husband became verbally abusive. Sal stepped in, addressed him respectfully regarding the unnecessary language which, resulted in an apology and, the ability to move forward in a productive meeting. He is in a league all his own and if you are looking for a strong, confident attorney with years of experience, one who is well versed in the law and, has the respect of many judges then his is the voice you need. You cant afford not to become part of his family and when all was said and done, he still followed up with phone calls to make sure i was okay. Need I say more to the character of this wonderful attorney and compassionate human being. I am forever grateful to him for being my voice when mine wasn’t being heard. I highly recommend him to anyone facing this difficult time, he will get you the outcome you need. And it will all be accomplished with patience, compassion, understanding of your unique situation and genuine concern for you as a person, not just a client.

A Seasoned Professional & Family Law Expert

I hired Salvatore Simeone over 10 years ago and he is still helping me with my family law challenges even to this day. Unfortunately for me, my high conflict divorce did not end on the divorce date and I continue to be forced into dealing with numerous post divorce motions and appeals. Having a very... difficult ex husband who enjoys manipulating the legal system at every turn, I can't express how thankful I have always been to have an attorney like Sal always looking out for my best interests. Sal is a tenacious, seasoned litigator who is not afraid of the courtroom and his professional expertise shines through in these situations as I have seen him in action many times first hand. Sal’s Amazing!

Sal Simeone is one of the best! Did BOTH of my divorces and truly cared! You don’t find that much these days! When my bill got out of hand (no fault of Sal’s) he gave me numerous credits! I could call him any hour of the day or night (he actually gave me his private cell #!). I’ve been reading thes...e reviews and am stunned by some of the negative comments. There’s two sides to every story and I’d sure like to hear Sals... he was so knowledgeable. So many times he was on the money with the advice he gave me. Don’t be a fool, go and see for yourself. In my eyes, I truly don’t know where I’d be today without Sal Simeone!

The Best Family Attorney!

17 years ago, an angel was sent to me during one of the most difficult times in my life. My divorce and a domestic violence trial at the same time. Words cannot express the support and professionalism Sal gave to me. He was very prepared for every court appearance and knew the facts of my case in gre...at detail. The cross examination in my domestic violence trial brought him additional clients who were in the court room and witnessed his court room demeanor that was better than what you saw on Law and Order! I have had several subsequent court post divorce battles, over these past 17 years and without Sal and his team of professional attorney's I don't know what the future for me and my children would have been. If you're looking for a hands on attorney with great experience who cares for his clients and will fight to the end to see that justice is done, I strongly recommend Sal Simeone is the one you call.
